On Wednesday, September 3 at 12:18 ET, customers in France using the Prolexis proofreader in Composer were unable to launch the tool. This temporarily disrupted editorial workflows that rely on Prolexis for grammar and spell checking until the issue was resolved.
The incident was caused by a configuration change required after the release of Prolexis v4 within Composer. Customers were still pointing to the older v3 configuration, which caused Prolexis to stop working. Once the correct v4 configuration was applied, the integration worked as expected.
